All determinations with respect to Graphics card offer value assigned after its inspection are made in Jawa’s sole discretion, will be accepted as final, and are not negotiable.
Graphics cards submitted must be shipped from the United States only - you must have a physical address located in the United States to receive any trade-in credit. Products shipped from outside the United States may not be accepted or returned.
Graphics card offer is valid for 14 days from issue date - if shipped after the 14 day offer period, Jawa reserves the right to cancel your offer or modify it to the current offer value.
Graphics card Acceptance Condition
Graphics cards sent to Jawa must be in working condition and arrive as the same model or manufacturer offer is quoted for.
You agree that you shall be solely responsible for the arrival condition of the Graphics card. Graphics card must be packaged properly and securely to ensure it is delivered to Jawa without any damages - any damage from improper packaging is your responsibility and may impact your offer value.
Acceptance Period
Graphics card must be shipped within (14) days of shipping label issuance or quoted offers will become invalid.
A period of no less than (1) business day is given for inspection and verification of Graphics card functionality once received by Jawa or partnered facilities.
Non-Acceptance
Graphics cards that fail Jawa’s inspection or are otherwise considered unacceptable for any of the reasons listed below will be returned.
Graphics cards that arrive in a hazardous, non-functioning, damaged, or infested condition not caused in transit to Jawa will be rejected and disposed of within (3) business days if no response to return shipping requests. Return shipping costs will be at your expense and not covered by Jawa.
Jawa reserves the right to require payment of the return shipping costs before returning any Graphics card.
Graphics card Shipping
You agree to ship the Graphics card to the address provided within (14) days of receiving a shipping label. If the Graphics card is not shipped within (14) days of the date on which the label was provided to you, then Jawa has the right to revise or cancel the quote.
Jawa will provide a prepaid shipping label for the shipment of your Graphics card to our facilities. All costs associated with the packaging of your Graphics card and, if applicable, the shipping and handling costs to return the Graphics card are your sole responsibility.
Title and Risk of Loss
You affirm and guarantee that you have the legal authority to sell all the Graphics cards you submit through the Graphics card Buying Program, that the devices are not counterfeit or stolen, and that your submission adheres fully to the Program Terms. Jawa does not take ownership or assume the risk of loss for Graphics cards submitted unless such Graphics cards are received and accepted.
Transfer of Ownership
Upon Jawa's reception and acceptance of the Graphics card, you hereby agree to relinquish all rights and ownership of the Graphics card to Jawa, in exchange for the valuation offered to you.
Release of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you hereby release Jawa, its subsidiaries, and affiliates from any liability arising from or related to the transfer of the Graphics card. This includes, but is not limited to, any liability associated with the shipment of the Graphics card, the evaluation and assessment of the Graphics card (including the corresponding valuation) conducted by Jawa, and the unavailability of the Graphics card after it has been accepted by Jawa.
